Abstract

Central task of higher colleges & universities is to cultivate qualified personnel, central link of which is teaching task. Teaching task has always been the central task of colleges & universities. The improvement of teaching quality mainly relies on teachers. Evaluation of teaching quality of teachers is the main working part of educational administration in various higher colleges & universities, therefore, it is necessary to establish a set of just and democratic teaching quality evaluation system of teachers, evaluate and create a scientific and reliable teaching quality evaluation system and method to improve the teaching quality of teachers.
