Abstract :
In this paper, we made a dynamic optimization for the number of major channels´ counters in commercial bank outlets. Our study depends on queuing theory and use observation data of three bank outlets. To do this, the authors analyzed observation data then found that open reasonable numbers of window in terms of time interval could effectively cut down costs and customer´s waiting time.
