Abstract
A generic fuzzy controller aimed at controlling MIMO processes with uncertain models has been designed and tested by means of simulation experiments using identified models of industrial as well as laboratory scale plants. It is essentially based on fuzzy logic algorithms and the class of triangle-induced fuzzy sets. It is of expert system type and uses the information on `error´ and `change-in-error´ in a particular manner
