Abstract :
Energy distributions of electrons from discharges at different pressures in range 0.1 - 400 Pa were obtained. Discharge was initiated by a short voltage pulse with a 150 kV amplitude and 0.2 ns pulse front. Electrode gap was varied from 5 to 17 mm. It was found that distribution is abruptly narrowed and the signal intensity is slowly decreased with the pressure growth over 200 Pa.
