  • Abstract
    The logistics center location projects evaluation is the extension of the logistics center location. The superior project is chosen from the projects, which are offered by quantificational location method. According to the characters of the logistics center location projects evaluation, an evaluation method of logistics center location projects based on the extensional fuzzy matter-element is put forward based on the considering the dynamic of the logistics system management and the fuzzy of the evaluation index information of the logistics center location projects. During the course of constructing the evaluation model, the triangular fuzzy numbers was lead into the value of the matter-element characteristic variables, and a kind of fuzzy matter-element, which used the triangular fuzzy numbers to describe characteristic variables, was offered. This kind of fuzzy matter-element can describe both the uncertainty of the fuzzy index information and the certainty of the accurate index information conveniently and reasonably. Thus it has a broader applicable scope. The rationality, validity and superiority of the above method are demonstrated by an example finally.
