  • Abstract
    The idea of mobile observation point (MOP) dedicated for a hydrocarbon monitoring system is presented. The main technical problems related to the monitoring system and MOP are described. Special attention was paid for a results of measurements prediction procedures. The main advantages and disadvantages of proposed solution are discussed.
