Abstract :
With the purpose of investigating the thermal efficiency of steam-injection boiler, the thermal efficiency calculation model was built. Basing on the measured data from Xianhe oil production plant in Shengli oil filed, both energy efficiency and exergy efficiency were calculated and the boiler operation state was analyzed. Moreover, the influences of smoke temperature, excess air ratio and steam quality on energy efficiency and exergy efficiency of steam-injection boiler was also analyzed, and the boiler operation parameters was optimized.
