  • Abstract
    This paper presents an application of adaptive control to a commonly used thermal process. The studied process is hot water production for domestic use. Modelling leads to a nonlinear third order model with variable dynamics. The results obtained with a two input two outputs fuzzy controller are presented. To improve performance, an adaptive fuzzy controller, based on fuzzy estimation of water flow, is designed
