In recent years IBM Global Services has leveraged the strengths of a global and skilled workforce; embraced collaboration and adhered to industry and IBM best practices to respond rapidly and efficiently to customer needs. The Interactive Solutions Marketplace (ISM) system is an example of how IBM utilizes geographically distributed teams to successfully deliver a complex software solution on time, on budget with demonstrated high quality.
