Abstract
Influence of frequency, incident angle, soil dielectric on backscattering coefficient from cropland is analyzed. By using Small Slope Approximation (SSA) method, we calculate backscattering coefficient with different frequency and polarization, and compare the results with the experimental data. In addition, the Morchin model and Ulaby Model are introduced to examine the numerical results of SSA.
