Study on Crisis Communication Mechanism Based on Evolutionary Game Theory: A Strategic Approach

This paper studies the crisis communication mechanism based on the evolutionary game theory. The crisis communication mechanism can be defined as ESS of the game between the government and the media. The multi-equilibriums of game between the government and the media result in the diversity of crisis communication mechanism, so that the efficiency differences of different mechanisms lead to the change of mechanism. And the convergence of the crisis communication mechanism will result in the stochastically stable equilibrium. Finally this paper puts forward the changing path of crisis communication mechanism to achieve the SSE.
