Abstract
Two-dimensional millimeter wave photonic crystals (PCs) are fabricated by wet etching of the high-resistivity (HR) silicon. The measured and the simulated transmittance demonstrate the formation of the photonic-band-gap (PBG) at the frequencies of about 100 GHz.
