Abstract :
Traditional DEA models can´ t be directly used in ranking because of the flaw of weight flexibility. The current paper proposes a common weight deriving technique based on standard samples. The standard samples include those decision-making units with all-known high performance. In out proposed approach the standard samples determine the common weight which is used by all ordinary those decision-making units to provide the aggregated scores. The proposed technique is used in the university evaluation in China.
