Abstract :
In this paper, we explain briefly the basics of NOMOHi technology (hybrid intelligent mobile nodes) based on artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic, to distribute educational content via personal computer device capable of performing tasks of nomadic and pervasive computing, with a minimal computational power and minimum energy expenditure (mobile phones, PDAs, Tablets, wireless sensors). Also, we give an introduction on the Acantelys project for a "open and free" e-university, that will distribute their courses and tutoring to students using this technology.
