Abstract :
Room-temperature fabrication of a β-FeSi2microdroplets-containing film was achieved by the active use of micro-droplets. Successive laser annealing increased the Raman intensity from the β-FeSi2droplets up to fivefold, indicating further improvement in crystallinity.
