Abstract
In this paper, first, a conceptualism is established for omni-integrated intelligent systems (OIS). Then, direct and indirect approach based methodologies are presented for the development of control systems in a compared way. Thirdly, a formal formulation of the control syntheses in OIS is developed to demonstrate the evolutionary relationship from conventional control systems to OIS
