Abstract :
With the raise of people´s consciousness and the improvement of legislation about environmental protection, it is a pressing need to search for safe and green substitute oil resources. Based on cell disruption by microwave treatment, this paper integrated high efficiency cell disruption with extracting microbial oil´s esterified product, and process conditions such as reaction time, extraction temperature, concentration of KOH methanol and solid-fluid ratio were optimized by orthogonal experiments. Results showed esterified product can be obtained directly and extraction efficiency of microbial oil was considerably promoted.
