Abstract :
As the center of knowledge and technological innovation, university has occupied an important position in the technology transfer to enterprise. The ability of timely and efficient application of the scientific and technological knowledge is a key factor which determines economic growth performance of a country. The efficiency and direction of knowledge flow directly determine the benefit of these applications. In this paper, based on the statistics of Chinese universities science and technology from 2002 to 2011, the key factors which affect university R&D efficiency are figured out by applying grey incidence models; output performance and transfer performance are predicted by optimal GM(1,1) model. According to the above, the prospect model is suggested.
