  • Abstract
    With China´s rapid economic development, the strong electricity demand, power shortages have become a major economic and social development factors, so that sustainable economic development of China´s power has increasingly become the focus of attention. Sustainable development of circular economy is in line with the strategic situation requires the product of human society and economic system structure and operation mode in harmony with the ecosystem, and promote the deepening of measures to achieve sustainable development and effective protection. Adhering to the scientific concept of development, taking the new path of industrialization, all of these are posed a challenge to our current business performance evaluation system. Building a new era of state-owned power enterprises which could meet the strategic business management requirements of the performance evaluation system, has become the state-owned power enterprise management an urgent task in practice.
