In recent years, recreation farms have been blooming. For tourists, they can have much more opportunities to participate recreation activities. For these farms, however, they have to face the competition from the same industry, and for the people living nearby, the crowd swarming into the neighborhood creates inconvenience in their lives. To attain the sustainable development for tourism, this paper takes into account related theory of tourism planning, (including tourist area cycle of evolution, tourism impact, and social exchange theory) and the experience of researchers in promoting the localization of tourism recreation industry, and proposes the structure of the promotion pattern with the hope to benefit similar promotion projects and accumulate the knowledge of recreation farm management.
