Abstract :
The highway is the inevitable product of economic development, and is a sign of civilization and progress of human society. The construction and operation of the highway inevitably have much effect on the ecological environment of the highway and its surrounding areas, and how to protect and restore the ecological system of the Freeway reconstruction has become a research focus. In this paper, we studied the highway ecological planning and its environmental impact assessment, analyzed the current situation of the domestic and international research, built impact assessment model of ecological system of Eco-engineering slopes of highway based on the fuzzy comprehensive method, and gave its modeling steps and calculation derived formula. Using Henan Shaoluo high-way as a project case, and determined Culture, Traffic psychology and Sense of sight as the Criteria layer, and set the 12 sub-Index layer parameters. It shows that the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation result as the "good" is very consistent with the actual situation.
