Abstract :
Reflector antenna boresight stability is dependent on maintaining desirable primary feed characteristics that include axial phase center stability and amplitude/phase symmetry. Secondary pattern boresight error predictions for a 60 foot diameter reflector are estimated for several types of fabrication tolerances for a UHF log periodic antenna (LPA) used as a prime focus feed. covering the 350 MHz - 2300 MHz band.
