Abstract :
With R&D alliance plays more and more important role in region innovation system, government increases supporting strength for alliance devotement. In order to enhance government service level and quality, this paper puts forward regional innovation platform system structure according to alliance development stage which includes five stages: partner selection, project ascertaining, research and innovation, new product producing and product industrialization; and from alliance researching process viewpoint, puts forward innovation method generalization mode servicing alliance innovation thought forming and innovation scheme design and innovation scheme implement, which is mainly relying on one innovation method and multi-innovation method assisting, and the generalization structure is also offered which includes innovation thought cultivation and innovation method learning as well as innovation instrument development, the purpose of which is to offer scientific decision reference and gist for government to take proper and effective countermeasure to support R&D alliance development.
