Abstract :
Spin-dependent transport with magnetic nano-structures becomes attractive for technological reasons as well as physical ones. The recent theoretical approach of the fundamental understanding of spin-accumulation signals using the non-local geometry has been discussed based on a one-dimensional model. Also, in experiments using the non-local geometries of films fabricated by an MBE apparatus, spin-accumulations have been observed at room temperature, and the signal has been increased with the use of tunneling contacts. In this study, we found that some properties of the spin-dependent signals resulted from the interaction between two ferromagnetic stripes on nano-scale spin devices whose films were grown by sputtering apparatus.
