  • Abstract
The directivity graph of the jamming antenna is simulated using FEKO and the directivity coefficient is estimated to be about 7.2dB. In order to estimate the transmitting loss of the jamming electromagnetic wave, the Egli model is chosen to estimate the effective jamming power at the jammed antenna. The portable table used to estimate the effective jamming power is made and it can be also used to look up the needed radiating power and jamming distance easily and quickly in order to effectively suppress the communication signal. Besides, several useful tips about how to jam the communication receiver effectively in the training are suggested.
