Abstract :
DC hysteresigraphs are used to measure the precise and accurate properties of soft magnetic materials. Consequently, an interlaboratory study of ASTM Committee A06 on magnetic properties is initiated. The paper presents the results of this study and indicates some areas of concern about the commercial equipment used for magnetic property measurements.
