Abstract :
Summary form only given. We extend the Spin Flip Model (SFM) by incorporating a frequency dependent electronic susceptibility for the quantum well medium which allows us to account for different gain between the two linearly polarized (LP) modes. Cavity anisotropies and spin flip rate are also considered in this framework.
