  • Abstract
A microelectrode chip was developed for total phosphorus determination. The chip is based on a pair of electrodes with 23 μm width, 17 μm spacing, and 20μm heights, formed a three-dimensional double coils microstructure, which can increase the electric field strength between the electrodes, enhance generation - collection effect, and increase the current density. Enzyme and gold nanoparticles were modified on the working electrode surface by the method of SAMs. The three-dimensional double coils microelectrode chip achieved a high response signal and got a high sensitivity and a low detection limit.
