Abstract :
We consider a control design problem for a class of uncertain systems. The salient features of the problem are fourfold: 1) the uncertainty is time-varying; 2) the system is nonlinear; 3) the state is constrained to be only positive; and 4) the control input is constrained to be one-sided (i.e. either positive or negative)
