Abstract
The present paper investigates the stability and robustness problem of uncertain time delay systems described by vector-matrix differential-difference equations. Using the concept of value field of the matrix, the original problem is transformed into that of the interval polynomials with complex coefficients. The Kharitonov theorem is then used to test the Hurwitz property of the obtained family of polynomials
