  • Abstract
    Image identification is a new technology in these two decades. This main content of this technology is to study the classification and description of some objects or processes (image in general), while the reasonable application of enhancement algorithm and feature location technology of the image target can effectively increase the accuracy and rate of the image identification. This essay firstly performs pointed smoothing filtering median filtering, sharpening filtering and other pretreatments for the original images to eliminate the noises in the images and enhance effectively the whole images. Then, on the basis of this, edge detection and segmentation of target sub-image are performed. At last, a simple image identification system is realized by applying dilation and bite and other image morphology algorithms. The essay uses human faces as detection object to realize target enhancement, feature location and target identification and other related algorithms.
