Abstract
The relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and entrepreneurial behavior (EB) is important to the success of entrepreneurial firms. More than 200 enterprises were surveyed through research questionnaires and the conclusions are as follows: (1) EO had a significant positive effect on EB. (2) "Innovativeness", "proactiveness" and "competitive aggressiveness" had significant effects on "sustained regeneration". (3) "Autonomy", "risk-taking", and innovativeness" had significant effects on "organizational rejuvenation". (4) "Proactiveness", "risk-taking", and "innovativeness" had significant effects on "domain redefinition".
