Abstract :
The Zepadig 10 industrial controller from ZPA Nova Paka was developed to provide accurate process control, auto-tuning and digital technology adaptation. The product is based on the Philips 80C552 microcontroller which has standard components allowing product modularity. The main control loops on the controller include: single loop, ratio control, dual loop cascade control, auto-tuning, gain-scheduling and adaptive PID algorithms
