Abstract :
Because of the complexity and uncertainty of the process of collaborative innovation in enterprise and university cooperation innovation, There are various risks in cooperation. Based on the questionnaire survey and case studies ,This paper apply the risk management theory and put forward eight different risks which exist in enterprise and university cooperation innovation. Finally give the way of evaluating these risks.
