Abstract
Preparation process of computer instructional program (KIP) differs from classic programming. In some classic computer programs, description appears to be first. Despite importance of the description in KIP, it is supposed to be useless when it is separate. Instead, easiness in usage of this program possibly appears to be more important compared to other programs in the KIP. Since above mentioned varieties are not paid close attention in the initial KIP which instructed by computer experts and programmers, many instructional programs have appeared to be of a quite low quality. Besides, many various instrumental systems have been appeared nowadays. However, it has been found out that, at this step, it is not possible to prepare lesson programs for every teacher either economically, neither quality point of view nor testing of the instructional teaching.
