Abstract :
Establishing the performance evaluation index system which covers the scientific index weight is the key to improve enterprises´ performance appraisal reliability and validity. In this paper, it aims at the problem to determine index weights in decision-making process, based on the analysis of now available methods, utilizing grey and fuzzy theory to discuss the problem of enterprises process-based sector performance evaluation index weight, to ensure that index system is reasonable and objective, and enhance the assessment scientific level.
