Abstract :
Scale determining of the merchant logistics centers can be studied under the discussion of the game of the suppliers, logistics centers proprietors and consumers based on supply chain management. Using complex adaptive system theory we analyzed the game relation among the suppliers the merchant logistics centers and the consumers. The uncertain three-level game model was established. The upper level sub-model is the problem for the suppliers to seek their own utility value maximum. The middle level sub-model is the problem for the logistics centers to seek maximal profit respectively. The lower level sub-model is the problem for consumers to seek their own minimal generalized expense about the selling spot and quantities. Particle swarm optimization with multi-level programming was adopted in the concrete algorithm course for solution. The concrete results show the thought and method are correctness and feasibility
