Abstract :
The paper analyses the phenomenon that so many firms fail in the disruptive innovation and finds out that these firms whose organization pattern is not suitable for disruptive innovation have some organizational drawbacks. Therefore, the author adjusts and improves the organization pattern of these enterprises and use project leader system to deal with the management of disruptive innovation, so as to establish an ambidextrous disruptive innovation management model. Traditional organization is engaged in sustained innovation and daily operation while disruptive innovation organization is devoted to disruptive innovation management. On that basis, the operating mechanism of disruptive innovation management model has been devised so as to improve the efficiency and success of large enterprises´ disruptive innovation
