Abstract :
In the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy of today, education has been placed in important positions around the world. Educational organizations as the inexhaustible human society forward momentum carries to lead the dissemination of social development and cultural mission, it uses the wisdom of fire illuminate the endless course of development of mankind. Teachers, becoming the main force of human resources, culture and knowledge of modern science and technology producers and creators, is the promoter and disseminator of advanced culture, is to promote the development of advanced productive forces and an important force for social progress.
