Abstract
Since 1990, it is obvious that strong floating resources dominate the allocation of weak floating resources. Multinational corporations which take strong floating productive factors such as capital, technology and entrepreneurial ability are pursuing profit maximization in globalization. However, relatively fixed resource such as labor force is faced with more impact, and traditional labor market and industrial relations are subjected to severe challenge in different countries. Firstly this paper analyzes industrial relations, then discusses the behavior and the conflicts of tripartite mechanism. Finally, this paper brings some opinions on how to settle the industrial conflict.
