Abstract :
For the high-speed railway, sections where passenger flow densities are approximately same, can be divided into a passenger flow section. To different sections the corresponding passenger train number should be stipulated. So it is necessary to calculate and research on the carrying capacity of each passenger flow section. This paper takes the Jing-Hu high-speed railway as an example, and the trains on the line are supposed to be the high-speed trains. According to the stopping deduction coefficient of high-speed railway, the carrying capacity of each section and the short-line capacity caused by the skylight are calculated in this paper. Also a section carrying capacity of high-speed railway management system is developed in this paper. It can accomplish the purpose of calculating, analyzing and statement of the section carrying capacity.
