Abstract
Under the global background of technical advantage being corporate core competence, the most important motivation for M & A is acquiring relevant technology for technological leapfrogging to improve technical efficiency and technological competitive advantages. This paper takes technological competence as an example to demonstrate the path choosing of implementing technological leapfrogging. The paper proposes technological leapfrogging based on enterprises M & A strategy. M&A strategy is an effective method of achieving technological leapfrogging through M&A strategy and fostering core competence based on technological competence. This paper also discusses the issue of the decision model of corporate technological leapfrogging strategy pattern, opportunity research of technological leapfrogging in M&A, technological diffuseness effect based on technological leapfrogging M & A and technological competence development in implementing technological leapfrogging via M & A.
