Abstract :
In various industrial systems such as feed processing, PVC producing, etc, the remote monitoring and management are always required when keeping secrete is necessary. A new remote monitoring and controlling system is proposed in this paper. This system combines network safety communication module, MT8000HMI communication function, inner-Flash Memory unit and a database. The techniques of secrete communication between PC and HMI, organization of parameter sheet in the Flash Memory, saving parameter sheet are introduced in detail in this paper. How to search, modify and download parameter sheets are also presented. After one years of on-line application, this system is proved a safe, reliable and easy-used system. The technique used is easy to be applied to various industries.
