Abstract :
Considering the shortcomings of the attribute weight setting method used currently in the decision model of choosing project transaction mode, which is typically characterized by precise weights, the stochastic problem of index weight of multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation is researched. Under the weight interval information is chosen, the stochastic weight assignment method is used to determine the value of weight. Then, combined with Monte-Carlo simulation, which can analyze the impacts of changes of weights on comprehensive evaluation results to enhance the applicability of the model. At last, an real example is proposed to demonstrate such model and solution are efficient.
