  • Abstract
    Organization research is the most important aspect in project management, introducing system science to the new paradigm of organizational research is the trend of organization theory. This paper analyzes the connotation of project organization on the basic of systematic thinking, demonstrates that project organization system is a typical self-organization system from the aspects of open, instability, nonlinearity and fluctuation, and then describes the process of self-organizing evolution. Through the analysis of Haken model, this paper finds out that evolution of project organization system mainly depends on the state of control parameters and order parameters. So as to the evolution of project organization system should take reasonable guidance on the basis of self-organizing theory in order to promote self-improvement fleetly and achieve win-win between participating organizations in the system.
