Abstract
This paper addresses two models for dynamic inter-domain negotiation of the IP quality of service. In distributed model, end-to-end quality of service is achieved by concatenation of agreements between pairs of adjacent domains. In centralized model, a common entity manages negotiation process in the group of domains. The performance analysis includes signaling traffic intensity, response times, quality of service routing, seal-ability and interoperability.
