  • Abstract
    Emergencies have seriously affect the normal business activities of port enterprises. Aiming at using the situation of their service ability deficiency caused by unexpected events, the decision-making model in which port enterprises deal with emergencies through ability cooperation were established, and the model was solved, then the results were analyzed.
