Abstract :
The paper introduces a solution of IP videophone based on the platform of TMS320DM642 of TI Co. The solution is that coding/decoding algorithm of H.264 video and G.711 audio and their parallel real-time processing are realized in the same chip in order to achieve real-time communication for videophone.
