Abstract :
With the development of market economy and the continuous influx of foreign enterprises, Chinese enterprises are facing increasingly complex and versatile market environment. Under pressure of market competition, companies begin turning to logistics and hope that through efficient logistics management to improve efficiency throughout the supply chain. Against this background, the third-party logistics is emerged as a result. The article will analysis the self-selection of logistics companies and third party logistics on their own pros and cons. Different types of business should be conducted in logistics outsourcing decision-making. It is useful to form a clear understanding of the conditions which will help the logistics companies to obtain an outsourcing win-win business and also increase social welfares.
