Cost-benefit analysis and public project decision

Cost-benefit analysis is a common method used in investment decision. However, cost-benefit analysis exist some problems in public project decision practice. In this paper, the author studied the abroad development of cost-benefit method in the public project decision-making area. This paper introduced the problem of CBA implement in our country public projects decision-making and conventional solutions. According to the theoretical development abroad, we argue system building and methods improving are both important, in order to improve public project decision-making efficiency.
